Do you offer free shipping, and do you really ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer free shipping to almost all destinations worldwide. The shipping cost is already included in the product price.
Will I have to pay customs duties or extra fees?
For shipments to the US, we cover customs and related charges in advance, so you won’t need to handle these costs. Customers within the EU and ESS do not pay any customs or additional fees upon delivery. For other regions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be free from import duties or local charges. Please check with your local customs office or postal service for details.
How long is the delivery time?
We usually dispatch products from our facility in Sweden within 1–2 business days. Total delivery time depends on your location. We do everything we can to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. You can track your shipment using the email we sent you after your purchase.
What if I want to return my order?
You have 30 days to return your purchase if you change your mind. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

What power source do the lamps use?
Our lamps are powered through a standard wall outlet. We provide both EU and US plugs, and the correct plug is fitted based on your delivery destination. If you prefer, you can also remove the wall plug and power the lamp via USB.
What material are the lamps made of?
The lamps are made of durable hard plastic, ensuring the highest quality while allowing just the right amount of light to pass through – creating the perfect atmosphere and mood in the room.

Does the lamp include a light source?
Yes, the lamp is delivered complete with lighting and a cord with an on/off switch. Just plug and play.
